Rhonda S. Armon, MS, MHP, CSAC, CDVA
Mental Health and Substance Abuse Therapist

Rhonda S. Armon is the former Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director of The Power of Change, Inc., a state-certified behavioral health organization she established in 2008. For nearly two decades, she led the organization's development, regulatory compliance, program expansion, and clinical services, helping build a respected behavioral health agency serving individuals and families throughout Wisconsin.

When human beings experience trauma or significant life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. Rhonda is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families discover healthier perceptions of themselves and develop the skills needed to live more peaceful, whole, and meaningful lives.

Recognizing that no single therapeutic approach is appropriate for every individual, Rhonda integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Therapy, and Relational Gestalt Therapy, tailoring treatment to each client's unique strengths, needs, and goals.

In addition to her clinical leadership, Rhonda has served as a college instructor and clinical supervisor, mentoring future behavioral health professionals and bringing real-world experience into the classroom. Rhonda completed doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology at Capella University, including advanced graduate coursework, successful completion of comprehensive examinations, clinical training, and the dissertation sequence. Although the doctoral dissertation was not completed, this advanced training further strengthened her expertise in psychological theory, research, assessment, and evidence-based practice
