Purpose of Text Messaging

Text messages may be used for:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Scheduling or rescheduling appointments
  • Administrative or billing related communication
  • General office updates

Text messaging is not used for therapy, clinical treatment, or crisis intervention.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, from The Power of Change. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Confidentiality & Security

While reasonable safeguards are used, text messaging is not a fully secure or encrypted from of communication. By choosing to communicate via text, you acknowledge and accept the potential privacy risks.

Enclosed are the intake forms to be lodged on our website for clients to complete
